Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 10 years working in people operations across different industries, from tech startups to brick-and-mortar small businesses. My career has taken a few turns as I’ve tried to pursue meaningful and connected work. These transitions showed me what it feels to question the conventional path, sit with uncertainty, and find a way back to what feels purposeful.
Getting to be a psychotherapist has felt like a natural alignment with what I’ve always valued: empathy for humanity, authentic connections, and living with intention. In a world that increasingly feels designed to keep us divided, I find deep fulfillment in creating a space where people can connect honestly with themselves and with each other. I feel lucky to do work that allows me to keep learning about the human experience and remain authentic through it all.
I enjoy writing, reading, powerlifting, furry companions, and centring my travel plans around the best places to eat. I enjoy discussing existential dread with friends over tasty appetizers at a new and overpriced Toronto restaurant.
